HyperConnector Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HyperConnector app and related services ("Service") operated by HyperConnector ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use HyperConnector. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in HyperConnector (notes, touchpoints, profiles, placements). You grant us the license needed to operate the Service — for example, to display your public profile and aggregated reputation to your connections per the app's consent rules. Private notes remain visible only to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or relationships; harass, spam, or abuse other users; submit false placements or feedback; scrape or harvest data from the Service; attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Chits and in-app purchases

Chits are an in-app unit used for features like introductions. Chits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may not be transferred outside the Service. In-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; purchases are final except as required by law or Apple's refund policies. We may adjust the Chit economy (earning rates, costs, features) to keep the Service healthy.

Third-party services

Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar) are subject to the third party's terms and our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect them at any time in Settings.

Reputation and introductions

Reputation signals in HyperConnector are aggregated from other users' input and are provided for information only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any placement, feedback, or introduction outcome, and we are not a party to interactions between users.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app (profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperConnector will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
